01 Audit Scope
Audits are scoped to assess specific aspects of BIM deliverables against defined standards, typically the EIR, BEP, or contractual obligations. The scope may cover a single discipline model, a federated coordination model, or the full information management process.
Each audit engagement begins with a scope agreement that defines assessment criteria, sample sizes, reporting format and any exclusions.
02 Review Methodology
Reviews follow a structured methodology combining automated rule-based checking with expert visual inspection. Automated checks validate data completeness, naming compliance and classification accuracy. Visual review assesses modelling quality, spatial intent and coordination readiness.
