03 Common Data Environment Setup

CDE configuration follows ISO 19650-2 principles with clearly defined status codes, revision workflows and access permissions. The environment supports Work in Progress, Shared, Published and Archived containers with appropriate gate controls.

Folder structures are designed for scalability and consistent navigation across disciplines, with metadata schemas that support automated classification.

04 Naming Conventions & Classification

Naming conventions follow recognised standards such as BS EN ISO 19650 and Uniclass 2015 classification. Conventions cover files, models, drawings, documents and data objects with consistent field structures.

05 Data Validation Procedures

Automated and manual validation checks ensure incoming information meets defined requirements before acceptance. Checks cover naming compliance, geometric accuracy, data completeness, classification correctness and metadata integrity.
